Meet The Team
Mr. Montsho developed Bantsho Homes & Maintenance Services from its inception, guiding it to its current status. Stewart’s vision is for Bantsho Homes to be a significant national, regional and continental player. Stewart is also a Director and Shareholder of Bantsho Investment Holdings, a shareholder of African Gateway Convention and Entertainment Center, an R 3.4 billion project. Mr. Montsho is an active member of Construction Sector Charter Council and was part of a three man team that put together funding and sustainable model for the charter. He was also part of the initial BBC team that was re-launched in March 2012.
Ian Clark is a civil engineer and a program and project manager, involved in the industry for over years. He is has worked with the five major construction companies and has delivered in all provinces, amongst others, the R2.2b Bedford View project. Vaalgate Shopping Centre (Vanderbijlpark), Nedbank Centre (Nelspruit) Retail & Offices, Bute Lane (Sandton) Office Block, Wynberg Centre (Cape Town) Major Shopping Centre, Majuba Boiler House (Power Station).
Company and project supervisor; to oversee the daily runnings of the company, to motivate and create an environment where staff have the same passion and knowledge to reach deadlines, targets and goals. Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance productivity. Liaise with the facilities team employees of the company and to be able to assist in every part of the company where the employees and customers are involved.
Education and skills information:
- Business Administration qualification
- 5+ years in the facilities department
- 2 years in hotel environment
- MicroSoft Office level 1 completion
- Verbal and written skills, experience working with staff and clients on a daily basis
- Intermediate level of EIA
- Knowledge of environmental science
Mr. Tlhako has N6 in construction management and civil engineering. He also has basic training in Construction OHS course from KB training. He has a ten years’ experience in the industry.
Mr. Mphuti has an experience that spans 25 years in the industry. He has worked for many established companies both as a site manager and site foreman. He has vast experience in handling labour issues on site. He can handle disputes and management of works. He can follow progress. He is conscious of the new developments in the industry. Through the many years exposure, he is very conscious of quality supplied to the client.
